Specialty finishes are produced offset on heavy stocks, then finished by hand or on dedicated foil, spot UV and lamination equipment.
Most popular setup
Most customers order 4 x 6 and 8.5 x 5.5 with full color on both sides (4/4) or full color on the front and black on back (4/1). Tell us if you want something different; every option below is available.
Paper stocks
- 16pt C2S Gloss Cover: extra thick and rigid, coated both sides; the premium choice for cards and hang tags.
Lamination
Available: Silk Lamination, Spot UV, Spot UV Sides. UV is a high-gloss, hard coating; aqueous (AQ) is a lighter semi-gloss you can write on; satin AQ is matte; spot UV puts gloss only where your artwork calls for it.

- PDF, TIF or JPG, flattened, at 300 dpi.
- CMYK color mode. RGB files are converted and colors may shift.
- 0.125" bleed on all sides, and keep text 0.125" from the trim edge.
