| Coating TypeAqueous Coating is a semi-gloss finish that is applied to both sides allowing for both sides to be written on. High Gloss Front Only is when uv coating is only applied to one side (side 1) of a printed piece and the opposite side remains uncoated, the uncoated side can be written on. High Gloss on Both Sides is when a shiny uv coating is applied on both sides of the card. Spot Gloss can be applied to selected portions of the piece, while keeping the rest a matte finish. Matte coating unlike gloss coating, matte coating gives a more diffuse, duller sheen that you can write on. Matte is also applied under Spot Gloss Coatings. File requirements
- PDF, TIF or JPG, flattened, at 300 dpi.
- CMYK color mode. RGB files are converted and colors may shift.
- 0.125" bleed on all sides, and keep text 0.125" from the trim edge.
- Fonts embedded or converted to outlines. No crop marks.
