File requirements
- PDF, TIF or JPG, flattened, at 300 dpi.
- CMYK color mode. RGB files are converted and colors may shift.
- 0.125" bleed on all sides, and keep text 0.125" from the trim edge.
- Fonts embedded or converted to outlines. No crop marks.

What is 3D puff embroidery?
A foam layer is stitched over to create a raised, bold logo. It works best for simple, chunky shapes and letters on structured caps.
